We replied 8/19 to buyer inquiry asking if he could maybe give it another couple days. Buyer immediately posted negative review falsely claiming we did not reply to him! :-/ We issued a full refund regardless. Today buyer’s package has almost arrived. It’s just across Potomac in DC. Buyer is in Alexandria, VA
