I had to pay UPS an additional $80 for shipping bringing the total cost to well over $400 when the shipping was supposed to be $10. Without the assembly manual this antenna is useless to me and I must insist on a full refund of $480. I can't understand how you can sell someting so complicated to assemble without any directions or assembly manual. Very Bad
