- 5***5 (6)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseThe clock was described as new in box, never used, but when I removed it from the box, the clock was not secure on the base, and there was a rattled. I removed the bottom cover and discovered a nut had come off the threads that hold the clock to the ceramic base. Also, the spring that attaches to a lever to make the pendulum move is stretched and dangling below the back cover, please see attached photo. The pendulum cannot function without a new spring! I did contact the seller, no resolution.
