When I contacted the seller by phone to try to find a solution , he was very argumentative dismissive of my questions. Very unhelpful I said I would like to return the item. I did not know the correct return procedure, again he was very rude and and finally put the phone down on me. I did find out how to make the return , a heavy computer. I am still waiting for a refund 14 days after returning the item
