I recommend reviewing the estimated delivery dates before making future eBay purchases, as it helps to clear up any confusion in advance. My service is to transfer public domain versions of programs onto new / new old stock disks. This is stated clearly in the listing. Nowhere are they billed as "original items".

Since the buyer was clearly unhappy with my timelines, as a courtesy his order was canceled and his money was fully refunded. I also blocked this buyer from further purchases due to his aggressive communications. Sadly, I did expect these retaliatory negative feedbacks from him. My 25+ years on eBay and hundreds of positive feedback reviews speaks for itself. Thanks to my customers!
