When I observed the many defects, I asked to have it shipped to the doll hospital repair person Rachel at Tre Sure Galore, the #1 Ebay fixer of My Twinn Dolls since 1990. She wrote me "ARM IS FULLY BROKEN. I CAN'T GLUE IT. It is cracked & will not hold together for any length of time. I will have to give her a new body in order to keep the Denika head he sold you." Then after they removed all the hair, removed both arms and the skin of the doll did they see a problem and then wanted to return for a refund after they had completely dissected the doll down to the core. I wasn't going to accept it back in pieces and how do I know they didn't break it while they were ripping it apart. People are just absolutely crazy, I've trashed this item now I want a refund. AINT GONNA HAPPEN!!!
