The positive is that it was shipped on time and priced lower than comparable used ones. It came with the necessary drivers. The main issue that I had was the driver update failed. After troubleshooting I determined that it failed because Windows was trying to update the driver automatically and the update was slow and my troubleshooting prevented it from completing properly. It is working Great. Disconnect the internet before installing.
