    Items new in box, as posted on listing and partially charged. I use this light with bracket mounted on my welding helmet, used for TIG & MIG projects. It is very helpful and easily focused on the project area to be welded. Charge time is a bit slow, but end product is worth it. The negative is due to Silicone End Cap falling off on others I have used, put a drop of adhesive on top area of cap.
