The tracking shows it was delivered by Fedex but the package was nowhere to be found. The tracking shows a wrong zip code and it is likely lost somewhere. But the next day the package was delivered by Amazon, the seller had no idea it would be eventually delivered by Amazon. Additionally, what I order was "hard" toothbrush, what I received was "soft" brush. Obviously this seller does not know how to do business properly.
