    Item never got sent out past creating the shipping label…. Tried to contact after 2 weeks got told they shipped and tracking never moved. eBay had to step in for the refund. Absolutely frustrating and ridiculous.

    We sincerely apologize for this order not being delivered. The tracking never updated due to a carrier issue, and we completely understand the frustration. A full refund was issued through eBay to make sure the buyer was not at a loss. We’ve since improved our shipping process to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

    Seller sent factory second knife, which was not listed in description trying to pass off as brand new in box. Box was squashed and blade was a different color from description on picture. Buyer beware you will not get what is listed. I messaged seller they said they were out of stock of item and can’t change the listing, which is totally false. they were not interested in my complaint and are scamming people that aren’t aware of factory seconds.

    Shipping was good the packing was good description of the item was terrible it showed a high grade knife steel when I got the knife it was low grade blade steel . If the knife blade K390 as advertised it would have been a good deal . For a new knife it was not in the correct box. The steel on the knife blade wasn't correct. VG-10 stamped on blade. The blade should have been stamped k390 steel as in described.
