I have no problem paying import tax, but being forced to pay disbursement fees by the courier because of the way the seller chose (whether it was done purposefully or an accident, I do not know) to ship the item is not cool. That is the exclusive reason I cannot recommend this seller, as you will end up paying fees that are not your responsibility.
