In summary, the Seller wants me to pay for their listing mistake.

It appears the part number is correct for the part in the bag but the size 34-39 is not correct. The Philmac catalog shows part number for 34 – 39 mm UTC as 47116620. Not 47117720. I could not use it. Value is 0. Not the sellers fault.
