Initially attempted to charge, but would not charge past 80%. Figured the BMS (battery management system) had been somehow previously triggered and was preventing higher charging. One possible remedy is to discharge battery down to 10-15%, and this may reset BMS to allow full charge. I discharged jump battery to 15% by charging phone battery pack. Then it charged to 100%! This is my 2nd Gimfoom. It works!
