The CradlePoint MBR 1200 router works with USB, PC Card, and ExpressCard Modems. The CradlePoint MBR 1200 Gigabit N router is easy to set up and maintain with pre-installed software so your network starts working for you right away. Keeping the router firmware current is easy. Check online for firmware upgrades from the administrative menu, or you request email notification when new firmware versions are available. Connect computers, laptops, and mobile devices to your router with wireless and wired ports. The CradlePoint MBR 1200 N router features two Wi-Fi antenna ports, four LAN ethernet ports configurable to WAN, one WAN port, three USB 2.0 ports, an Express Card Slot with lock, and a PC card slot. Turn Wi-Fi on or off according to your needs, and power your router with a simple AC power adapter. This CradlePoint router provides 3G/4G cellular failover/failback redundancy so you’re always able to access the mobile broadband network. It automatically switches to a secondary 3G/4G connection if primary service is interrupted, and automatically falls back to the primary internal 802.11n connection when service is restored, allowing users to continue working without interruption. Monitor your router mobile broadband network directly with simple easy to read LED indicators that show you Ethernet LAN, Ethernet WAN, 3G/4G, and Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS) status and signal strength. The MBR 1200 protects your network and your information with a built-in firewall and multiple wireless network encryption modes, and you manage wireless network security easily using a simple setup menu. The CradlePoint MBR 1200 configuration is extremely flexible to meet your needs. Open multiple ports and redirect data through these ports to optimize your router for video conferencing or advanced gaming. Use inbound filters to specify hosts you trust to access your network and enable multicast streams to transmit content to a number of recipients. The CradlePoint MBR 1200 router has a web interface, allowing you easy setup and management of all features. Use setup menus to create individual settings for the USB1, USB2, USB3 Cardbus, and ExpressCard interface. Customize wireless user display screens to require login or show other internet access requirements of the wireless network. Assign IP addresses to the computers and mobile devices on your local area network in the basic settings. Manage IP addresses individually or allow the server to manage the IP addresses for you, and adjust settings remotely using the remote administrator remote support tools. The CradlePoint MBR 1200 router gives you virtual private network (VPN) flexibility. Create, manage, and terminate multiple IPSec VPN sessions, with capability to provide up to five VPN sessions at once and encryption between VPNs.
