He provided me with an apartment text of knowledge after asking each time. My Genesis 2 VA4 was region-free modded(I purchased the mod on eBay), had a video-only triple bypass restoring output through composite, recapped, and reset button upgraded. THE BEST!!

Excellent communication back and forth and even helped me after sending it back! Make sure you get a Sync passthrough cable though, or let the seller know what kind of cable you are hoping to use and he can work with you!
