I am even putting my heel in it: plantar fasciitis (that I have nicknamed farmer's fascism). not comfortable with the heating, but using the infrared and the laser, which both help. A pretty good product, and when I put my hands on my knee to the side of it while it's working, it helps them too: makes my fingers easier to bend. thank you for a great product, HNAFORJONES.
