    I had originally purchased a replacement radio for my VW from a competitor, but this seller failed to mention it probably wouldn't work with my VIN. Roberts OEM Radio advised me the best solution was to remove the radio and send it to them for repair. This way, it would work with my vehicle. Their advice on how to remove it and send it in was perfect. They repaired it QUICKLY and returned it within 2 days. Fantastic service! The repaired unit works just like the original for half the cost.
