The laptop arrived altered from the image/the images were of an identical model in perfect condition. Arrived very dirty, without the front rubber feet, damaged on two corners, the screen had some scratches. Upon closer inspection there was evidence of being taken apart (not mentioned) by a novice; EVERY screw was loose, there were a few broken clips rattling inside, the oblong back rubber foot was removed and super glued sloppily. :(
