It was priced the most fairly with total cost comparable CDJapan: other vendors charge around 30%+ more (borderline scam). I didn't interact with the seller, but there was absolutely no need to. My item had minor damage at corners since there wasn't extra bubble wrap in the mailer, but it's understandable- it'd make shipping harder. Just keep that in mind if you're picky with CE items.
