My order number is 05-13444-00170 for New - Philips Sonicare Flexcare Premium Whitening Edition 2 Pack Bundle. I have tried to reach customer service for eBay as well, and I have not received a response. I am calling my credit card company, and putting in a dispute this transaction as of today.
