Progressing through the campaign unlocks in-game buddies who help players gain unique abilities, pull the occasional friendly prank, and dare riders to compete in slopestyle, big air, half-pipe, rail jam, slalom, bordercross, and downhill events. Two-to-four real-life friends can get together for competitive and cooperative multiplayer action, and Shaun White Snowboarding is fully compatible with the Wii Balance Board, so gamers can get the authentic feel of strapping into their snowboard and pulling wild tricks from the comfort of their own home.
