Was able to clean the head up a bit and also the feeders which did help but there are still wavy scrolling lines that prevent this vcr from really being usable. This is to be expected from a vcr this old but two things should have happened - 1. The seller should have cleaned up the head and feeders 2. It should have been stated that there were serious picture issues. The issues are not due to tracking but just worn out heads.
