No wear and tear to speak of but the computer was not factory packaged. It had been repacked in amateur fashion in a well traveled "Dell" box. Power cord was the only thing new and in factory package. Initial shipping was inexplicably delayed. It apparently sat for 5 days before being picked up by UPS.
