Look and fit nice and the quality for the money is great. They came in perfect condition. One minor flaw, they are slippery and easily dropped when putting them into ears.

I quickly asked for a refund and on the Monday once they were open, then immediately issued my refund. I am a little sad that my item was not as I thought it would be, but it was factory sealed and I do not blame the seller because they had no idea. Very kind seller, helped me even when I was a little frustrated, 10/10 customer service
