Very good for folks with smaller hands, and excellent for most women and kids with less hand strength, because of the ergonomic shape. With the handle in your hand, bit holding end (near fore finger tip and thumb tip) pointed away from you, rotating the direction selector clockwise, will drive a right hand thread fastener to tighten.
