    Laura Scott is a good brand, don't know why the zipper would break. Was dropped off at my PO on Monday (you bought late Sunday night), was scanned and left the PO early Tuesday before PO opened. You received Saturday, maybe delayed bc it went to Charlotte NC instead of Charlotte SC on Friday?
