This also causes the Limited tools use because of the disconnected driver. Which it basic use is just a clone and back up device tool. Will take over and donate to a school. Mostly incoherent nonsense. It was shipped and then they wanted to cancel. After it was received, I got this message: “Hay pal we have a problem! Ran your program in another computer and caused a crash? Had to use windows disk to restore the program??”, They suggested they had to reinstall Windows 7, because a crash? Impossible since it is not Windows software. They then proceeded to request a return for frivolous reasons. So much for donating. Reading the listing might of helped some.

They just weren't paying any attention to what I was actually telling them. If anyone wants to see our conversion, they would see that I never suggested the software could clone a drive and the description doesn't suggest it can be used to clone dive to drive and I sent the link to the software that can be used to clone a dive to another three times, but they just purchased this software instead for some unknown reason.
