The pen works and seems unused and clean. Came in cardboard sheets and wraped in bubble wrap (not original packaging) Included a converter that had dried ink residues that I cleaned with water (probably Parker Quink, I used that ink a lot and smells like it, so its washable) Probably added afterwards. Does not include the protective cap for cartridges (using other from my pens)
Considering it came in a regular letter envelope and was dropped in my mailbox, shipment seems a bit expensive.
