Feedback is accurate, and honestly the buyer could have left negative feedback. The book got destroyed in storage, I did give a full refund and offered a discount due to the issue but considering how this went, I don't blame her for not taking me up on it. I strive for 100 percent but as you see I fall short and I hate it. I do use each failure as a learning oppurtunity.
