Arrived in good working condition. Note that The Nvidia P40 requires a Motherboard with a new enough bios to support above 4GB Decoding for PCIe, otherwise it will fail to post with this card, so check your server for compatibility before jumping for this. These also take 1 8-pin EPS Power cable (CPU power) instead of the usual 2x 8pin PCIe power for consumer GPUs so you'll also need a 2x 8pin PCIe to 1x 8pin EPS power adapter to power it. When slotted in a compatible server, worked perfectly A+
