I ordered 3 hats. Some were farther away. And this one hasn't even been shipped yet when I first ordered it. It said it would be delivered between the 12th. And the fifteenth, and now it says the 17th - 21 And hasn't even been shipped.

I think that you have made a mistake about which hat you did not receive because, as I sent you on the day that you messaged me, the tracking number showed that this hat had just been delivered to you. I shipped out on the same day that you ordered. I called USPS, and they confirmed that the hat was delivered and left on your porch.
