It was a few days late, but you got to account for those holidays like Memorial Day that cause some shipping delay, so it wasn't a big deal. I messaged them with questions on delivery date and got a response within 15 minutes with a date for delivery so great communication from the seller. As for the pc itself very good packaging to protect the case and cable management is very clean. Been playing games on it for the past few days with no problems. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Update: After updates and further research i discovered a cpu upgrade is needed and I was guided to other options and guided to other help addressing issues thanks to a helpful tech support.
