I apologize for the issue you stated with the breaker. I’m happy to resolve this as it is never our intention to rip anyone off or misrepresent the items. I’m a contractor, but not an electrician. All of the breakers were in service in a fire station when all equipment was professionally removed, Was this not the breaker pictured in ad as there are hundreds it’s possible it was confused with another at shipping. My cell # is 8123207717. I’m just learning eBay please consider revising.
