poor packaging.....power supply cord was bent to almost broken off at clock...luckily just a mini USB cord but it was the clock thrown in a cardboard box and the box was beat to schitt. No instructions but pretty easy to figure out. May or may not be brand new. Header says 'alarm clock'....not true all in all, I would nt do business with them again
