On 15th of March I have sent copy of the official Proof of Posting to the Buyer according to the shipment rules. So if postal services are to blame the negative should go to them not to me.
I offered new label to the Buyer for free if he pays for signed letter but he refused so all sellers please be careful to make any deals with this gentleman. No standard shipment should be offered to him any more, only signed letters.
