The switch was advertised as Opened – never used. In the package contents it mentions that it is remanufactured, which is not the same. The switch has been in a rack and has had a paint pen used to try and mask the scratches. The switch works fine so I'll be keeping it but be careful to read the full description of the products from this supplier.
