Item was listed as tested and fully functional. Charging port does not work, contacted the seller to find out it was tested a year ago. Yes, I declined to return due to the additional hassle. Ideally, buyers want to receive what is advertised on a listing.

Buyer claimed item was defective and was offered a full refund but he refused to take advantage of my 30-day Free Return Policy. Instead he wanted a free item. You don't get a refund from a store without returning the product you purchased. The same rule applies to my eBay store. My customer service on eBay is exemplary and I take great care of every customer as evidenced by the rest of my feedback ratings.
