I have tried requesting my money back for postage which wasn’t paid and then reversed charged and was told to raise a case witch eBay which I have done, but very dissatisfied with £15 postage, parcel arriving 2 weeks late and lack of customer support despite photos requested to receive refund. Avoid. Suspicious message today saint item arrived this afternoon- completely incorrect. I suspect large profit being made on postage via questionable postage etiquette.

FALSE CLAIMS our p&p £4.50 Royal Mail charge £7 not £15 as stated THREATENED NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. ISSUES ARE WITH RM NOT OURSELVES. Dispatched same day Royal Mail 2nd class did not arrive 2 days later as buyer expected(impossible with this service) Sadly postage label came off in post system: we DID pay&provided proof. Many messages after hours to assist. Given 200% but cannot please everyone. Ebay advised not to refund&buyer to open a claim: they haven't. We followed all protocol&are NOT at fault
