After being unable to program the lock to my account, a call to Igloohome tech support revealed the lock had been programmed to ANOTHER PERSON. Exact listing title - "igloohome Smart Padlock 2 (SP2), The Toughest Smart Padlock - BRAND NEW." A listed "new" item had been used by someone else and programmed to that person's account!! I am now waiting to see if Igloohome will give permission to move the lock to my account. No returns, eh? Well, now I know why. SHABBY!
