bargainbearbuy was a pleasure to work with. Through no fault of their own, this package was swallowed by the USPS. It still keeps bouncing between distro centers in our two states. Shoe purgatory. But BBB was super helpful and patient and went out of their way to speak to the post office, go to the post office, and otherwise track this down. In the end they refunded me without my asking.
