Reached out before I even bought the shoes because I was local at the time. Scarce communication….takes forever to respond. Bought the shoes anyway. A size 14 red Nike. I received a white 10.5 ladies running shoe! “I don’t know what happened” is all they said instead of “let’s fix it” scam from jump! Send my money back!
