I have several of these rompers in the same brand and style. When I received this one, although new with tags, there was something odd about the hemming on the arm sleeves. The heming seems to have been undone or unfinished at some point and poorly sewn with shiny markings as if the fabric had been ironed down. This may have been a manufacturing deficit.
