Wrong zipper sent and after being refused a full refund and only offering a partial refund a few times I put in a dispute and got a full refund

Sent the wrong zipper and when I contacted the seller they offered me a 15% discount at first and then when I said no I couldn’t use the zipper as it was the wrong type of zipper they then offered me a 30% discount. I again refused and said I would send them back at their expense and I wanted a full refund. They then offered a 40% discount saying it costs them too much to have items returned to them. I put in a dispute and got a full refund.
