I purchased a rare, good-quality part from the seller. The seller represented the part accurately. However, due to inadequate packaging the part was damaged during shipping. The damage significantly reduces the value of the part, which is no longer in production. Due to the difficulty of sourcing the part, options were limited. When negotiating a resolution, the seller seemed defensive and pressured me to settle. I definitely overpaid for the part I received. I would not trust the seller again.
