wrong item sent, Fat free jellies arrived. I ordered sugar free as I am diabetic.The seller refused to take responsibility as she said she did not stock Hartley's sugar free jellies so could not have accepted the order. In desperation we tried one. IT WAS TASTELESS and i would never order that item or indeed any other item from the seller.A complete waste of money and annoying as I depend on the sugar free as a diabetic. WRONG ITEM SENT AND NO APOLOGIES.an expensive mistake.

As I explained to you before, unfortunately, you made an order mistake, not me, as we don't sell the sugar-free versions. Saying this is my error is a lie, and I would ask you politely to revise your feedback to be accurate. I offered as per eBay rules a full product refund upon return, but did ask you to wait 2 weeks as I am in California and a return parcel would not be able to be delivered and would get returned by Royal Mail to you.
