After commutation with the seller, I was offered a refund and given a prepaid shipping label. Once item was received by the shipping company I was refunded all my purchase price. I thought the seller cancelled my order unexpectedly, when infact they cancelled it because I did not respond to their e-mail that was making sure that I understood the part had some damage. I overlook their email, so they did the right thing. Good and honest people to do business with!

However this seller is local to me and through communication there was definitely a sense of dragging their feet on shipping. Giving the seller the benefit of the doubt though, as it was right in the midst of a Holiday weekend and it sounds like the owners Honeymoon. So really I cant complain about much. Parts arrived on time in accordance to the shipping window. Very well packaged, just like a ( Russian nesting doll ) 😂.
