I have been a custome of E-bay for a long time and this is the first time something I ordered was shipped to a different state than where I live! I cannot say whos fault that is but it was ridiculous . I do have to say that chipstore offered to reship but I shouldn't have to wait again especially when its a gift for my child who is ADHD and was very upset about the whole situation .

I reached out to the seller but they never responded so I requested a refund through ebay. In the future I hope this seller does a better job of responding to customers and trying to make things right fir the products they are selling. As being a seller myself its unacceptable to not respond to a customer.
