It doesn't seem to have holes in it for mounting onto a hitch but that was easy enough to fix with a drill and the inside edge is longer than stock so it had to be cut back a bit with a grinder. Modifications aside, it looks great and it's so nice to not have a rusted out piece of junk on the back of my truck any more!
