The painting I purchased arrived damaged and immediately the seller accused me of fraud. I paid extra to have it shipped flat but instead of professionally packaging the art they put it into a broke down chewy pet box with a couple of stickers that said not to puncture or bend. Not only was it bent and creased, part of the painting was hanging out of the broken down box. I had to get eBay involved with the return because I was done with the sellers accusations and wanted my money back.

MY TURN! BUYER HAS REPORTED TO EBAY FOR VIOLATING RETURN POLICIES..ALSO, CASE IS NOW BEING INVESTIGATED BY FEDERAL EXPRESS. THIS FEEDBACK IS A TOTAL LIE AND FABRICATION.WE SHIP OVER 1,000 ITEMS PER YEAR AND ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS LOOK AT THE RAVE REVIEWS! Also, if the print was truly damaged,Fed EX would have paid the claim and no big deal! Funny how the customer prior to buying wanted a reduced rate on print which I gave him and then asked if I was going to put insurance on it. Something smells
