I shipped the day buyer paid. After 4 days, buyer was angry that it didn't arrive. Sent me 6 emails harassing me, and was nasty about it. All of this stress over a tiny cap. I shipped the day he paid, packed well, new product, and arrived in 7 days over 3000 miles away. I was polite, professional, and provided top quality care to this customer, like we do to all customers. We can not control shipping arrival time.
